BAKED WHITEFISH FILLETS
Lake Michigan Whitefish Fillets
(Usually run ½ lb per fillet, which would be one serving)

Olive Oil
Salt and Fresh Cracked Pepper
Crushed Garlic
Lemon

Optional Seasonings:

Lemon Herb
Dill Weed
Cajun Spice

Rinse Whitefish fillets in cold water. Pat dry. Place foil over jelly roll pan. Drizzle with olive oil. Rub fillets top and bottom in oil to coat, leaving them skin side down on the foil. Leave space between the fish. Spread about ¼ teaspoon crushed garlic on each fillet followed by salt and pepper. Use any of the optional seasonings. Bake for about 25 minutes @400 degree preheated oven. You will be able to take meat up off the skin with a spatula starting at the tail end.
Garnish with fresh squeezed lemon.
